The appellant has deposited amount of Rs.10,58,293/- and Rs.15,52,750/- on 08.10.2004 and 07.09.2019 respectively. Out of which, respondent no. 1 has withdrawn an amount of Rs.10,58,293/- on 10.02.2005.

Respondent no. 1 is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.15,52,750/- alongwith accrued interest, if any.
