The petitioner has challenge the order of the Tahsildar imposing the penalty for illegal transportation of sand.

Alternate remedy under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code is available to challenge the said order before the Sub Divisional Officer.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.

5.

If the appeal is filed within a period of two weeks then it shall be decided within four weeks from the date of filing of appeal.

6.

All the contentions raised in this petition, are kept open.
