By an order dated 08.04.2019, statement of disclosure was sought from Shri A.C. Chaphale, Retired District Judge. Accordingly, statement of disclosure has been received on 11.06.2019 indicating that he can act as an Arbitrator in the proceedings.

Accordingly, Shri A.C. Chaphale, Retired District Judge is appointed as the Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties. The parties shall deposit amount of Rupees Three Thousand each towards security. Same be done within a period of four weeks from today.
