DATED : JANUARY 12, 2018 Mr. Gour, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wishes to file revision to challenge the impugned order since it is a revisible one.
Since the impugned order is not an interlocutory order, it is revisible one. Hence, the permission is granted as prayed for.
The application is disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that this Court has not heard the applicant on merits. If the revision is filed along with an application for condonation of delay, the said application shall be considered by revisional Court keeping in m ind the provisions of the Limitation Act.
