The appeal filed by the appellant is dismissed and the cross-objection is partly allowed.

The applicants/respondents have filed this application to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant. 75% amount was allowed to withdraw. 3.
The learned Counsel for the applicants/respondents by filing this application stated that the name of legal heir of Shrikrushna Narayan Parande respondent No.1(b) be corrected in the appeal as after marriage, her name is changed as Roshani Gopal Gayanar. In appeal also the name is mentioned as Rohini Gopal Gayanar.

After verifying documents, it appears that after marriage, the name of respondent No.1(b) is Roshani Gopal Gayanar.

The appellant to correct the name of respondent No.1(b).

The applicants/respondents are allowed to release the amount in the account of respondent No.1(b) - Roshani Shrikrushna Parande.

As all the documents are in her maiden name though her name is changed, the amount be released in the account of her maiden name i.e. Roshani Shrikrushna Parande.

The application stands disposed of.
