After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner for sometime, on instructions, he seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order of punishment before the appropriate forum.

Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ Petition as well as CAW No. 2772 of 2018 for amendment are disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
