Heard both the sides. In direction no.(iii) of paragraph no.3, the direction typed is as follows: "(iii) This order of payment is based on the assumption that the amount sent is already withdrawn."

Permission is granted to appellant no.1 to withdraw the amount. The amount could be withdrawn only if, it is not already withdrawn. So in direction no.3 the word "not" is not typed. Hence, hereinafter, direction no.3 be read as follows:

"(iii) This order of payment is based on the assumption that the amount sent is not already withdrawn."

The civil application is disposed of.
