This application is by applicants-respondent nos.1 to 4 for cancellation of non-bailable warrant issued against them. Respondent nos.1 to 4 are personally present and are also represented through their counsel Shri H.M. Mohta. According to him, on earlier date since above respondents were not served in spite of service of bailable warrant, non-bailable warrant was issued, which is yet to be executed. Since respondent nos.1 to 4 are present in person and undertakes to remain present on the date of hearing personally or through their counsel, order passed issuing non-bailable warrant against them is recalled.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that he has already collected the paper book.
