The respondent appeared and seeks permission to deposit the amount of Rs. 3,17,125/- in compliance with the order dated 22.02.2024 passed by this Court to which the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant has no objection. Therefore, permission is granted to the respondent no. 1 to deposit the amount of Rs. 3,17,125/- in this Court.

The petitioner/appellant is permitted to withdraw the said amount after it's realization.

The order dated 22.02.2024, non-compliance of which is the subject matter of this contempt petition has been complied with to the satisfaction of the petitioner. Since the petitioner is satisfied with the compliance, hence, the contempt petition is disposed of.
