DATED : DECEMBER 20, 2017 This is an application for relaxation of condition no.(III)as imposed by this Court vide order dated 13.09.2017 at the time of granting bail in favour of the applicant. As per condition no.(III), the applicant was directed to attend Police Station, Gondpipri daily in between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. till filing of the charge-sheet.

Today, the Police Station Officer, Police Station, Gondpipri is personally present before the Court. Through learned A.P.P. he assures the Court that in future he will follow the orders of the Court scrupulously.

The statement is accepted.

Mr. Giripunje, learned counsel for the applicants submits that as the charge-sheet is already filed in the Court, he is not pressing the present application.
