NO. 22734 OF 2016 The learned counsel for the applicant states that the order that is sought to be reviewed should be reviewed only to the extent that the same should be recalled and the petitioner should be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.

We are not inclined to grant the relief claimed by the applicant. If this is granted, the orders in the petitions which we have already disposed of on merits and dismissed would be recalled, on a request made by the petitioner and they would be permitted to be withdrawn. The applicant should have thought twice before the court
