DATED : NOVEMBER 14, 2019 Mr.Ambatkar, the learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement which is affirmed by Mr.Ghodeswar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the basis of instructions received by him from the investigating officer that during the pendency of the present application for anticipatory bail the applicant-Shahebaj Mahetab Sheikh is done to death and is no more. Hence, they submitted that present application has rendered infructuous. The statement is accepted.

In this view of the matter, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.
