Heard. According to the applicant-petitioner, though the petitioner has completed three years of service as a Shikshan Sevak even as per the approval granted by the Additional Commissioner, the petitioner is not paid the regular salary of a Junior College Lecturer with effect from 09.08.2015. Shri S. S. Sharma, the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 states that the salary bills of the petitioner for the said period have been sent to the Additional Commissioner and the salary is likely to be paid to the petitioner in the near future.

2201caw2429.15 Shri A. V. Palshikar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Additional Commissioner does not dispute this position. It is stated that the regular salary of the petitioner would be paid to the petitioner at the earliest. In view of the statements recorded herein above we dispose of the application with a direction to the respondent no.2 to release the arrears of salary to the petitioner with effect from 09.08.2015 within a period of two months and pay the regular salary to the petitioner from this month. Civil application is disposed of accordingly.
