01] Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

02] By these applications, the Applicant has sought restoration of the Appeal after condoning the delay of 105 days, which was dismissed for non-filing of private paper-book. 03] Shri P.N. Khadgi, learned counsel for the Applicant states that the private paper-book will be filed within a period of three weeks. In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the applications, the delay is condoned. Appeal stands restored to the file. It is made clear that in the event the Applicant fails to file the private paper-book within the stipulated period, the Appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. 04] Both applications stand disposed of in above terms.
