"1. This matter be sent for mediation before the Mediation Cell of this Hon'ble Court, with directions to the respected mediator not to mediate from a legal perspective and/or without delving in to the legal cases pending between the Petitioner and the Defendant, but, purely consider the welfare and well-being of the minor child. Also, the respected mediator be directed to complete the process of mediation latest by 31.12.2023.

2. Any other relief, in the interest of justice for the welfare and well being of the minor child."

Though such direction cannot be granted under the law to the mediator.

The Mediator is directed to submit the report before this Court on or before 31.12.2023.

Registry is directed to communicate this order to the learned mediator.
