On 20.03.2023, following order was passed.

"Heard at length. When the Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned counsel for the applicant seeks time to take instructions regarding withdrawal of the application."

Today, the learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application. Permission is granted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty to file fresh application before the trial Court is granted once the material witnesses are examined, before the trial Court. Learned counsel for applicant further submits that the trial Court be directed to expedite the trial. Such a request, the applicant should make before the trial Court and if so made, the trial Court will consider the same having regard to his docket.
