Seen the joint compromise pursis in Criminal Application (APL) No.556 of 2016.

Heard learned counsel Shri P.S. Chauhan for the applicants, learned counsel Shri R.J. Shinde for non-applicant No.2, and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mrs. M.H. Deshmukh for non-applicant No.1/State.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mrs. M.H. Deshmukh for non-applicant No.1/State .....2/-

points out that valuable time of the police and the Government machinery is lost in the matter.

After hearing respective learned counsel for the parties, we find that out of private property dispute the complaints came to be filed. Hence, we are inclined to accept the joint compromise puris. However, for taking recourse to the police machinery unnecessarily, we direct that applicants and non-applicant No.2 shall pay amount of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) to non-applicant No.1/State together that is each of them shall pay amount of Rs.2,000/- (rupees two thousand only). The said amount shall be deposited with the concerned police station within a period of four weeks from today.

Subject to such deposit, Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (i) of the criminal application.

The criminal application is disposed of as such.
