The appellant has deposited decreetal amount of Rs.16,14,730/- and Rs.23,13,163/- on 25.01.2006 and 07.09.2019 respectively. Out of which, respondent no. 1 has withdrawn an amount of Rs.16,14,730/- on 23.04.2007.

Looking to the grounds mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. Respondent no. 1 is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.23,13,163/- alongwith accrued interest, if any.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
