Rule. Considering the short issue involved, rule is made returnable forthwith. Ms Ritu Sharma, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for the respondents. 2.

The petitioner nos. 2 and 3 have forwarded a proposal dated 14.09.2022 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner no.1 on the post of 'Junior Clerk'. It is submitted that the said proposal is pending with the Education Officer (Secondary)- respondent no.3. 3.

In aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3-Education Officer (Secondary) to consider and decide the proposal dated 14.09.2022 within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioners.
