The Writ Petition has been filed for direction to respondent nos.2 and 3, to immediately hold the election of respondent no.4Society. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the election to the respondent no.4 shall be concluded, within a period of three months from today.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the petition. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
