The applicants have filed this application for withdrawal of remaining 50% amount which is deposited by the appellants. The appellants are the legal heirs of the original claimant No.2. In present appeal the deceased claimant was not made a party. While withdrawing the amount, the respondent No.1 has mentioned that the claimant No.2 is entitled for remaining 50% and the said 50% amount shall be given to the legal heirs of the claimant No.2. Accordingly, the legal heirs of claimant No.2 has filed this application for withdrawal of remaining 50% amount. 2.
As the respondent No.1 has already withdrawn the amount of her share, the permission granted to withdraw the remaining 50% amount to the legal heirs of the claimant No.2 - the present applicants.

The application stands disposed of.
