Counsel for the applicant is absent, when the application was taken up for hearing.

Mrs. Patil, learned counsel for the appellant is present and she submits that the controversy involved in the present appeal is already settled before Lok Adalat and the appeal is already withdrawn in the Lok Adalat on 14.07.2018.

In that view of the matter, the present application is allowed. Applicant-Deorao Ramaji Barai is entitled to withdraw the entire decreetal amount deposited by the appellant in this Court along with interest accrued thereon.

The application is disposed of.
