The respondent no. 1 is reported to be dead, however, his demise in any way does not affect the application, considering which, the application is allowed. A fresh cheque be deposited in this Court in compliance of the order dated 06-10-2022 within a period of one week from today. Permission to withdraw the amount as per the order dated 23-02-2022 passed on Civil Application (F) No. 1871/2021 is granted. First Appeal No.490/2021 List the matter on next week.
