By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 191 days in filing an appeal against the judgment dated 6th December, 2017 passed by District Court, Amravati in Miscellaneous Civil Application No.140/2014.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 has no objection. In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The civil application stands disposed of.

Appeal be registered after removing office objections, if any. Appeal Against Order Stamp No.22138 of 2018 Shri Mohan Sudame, learned counsel waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1.
