DATED : OCTOBER 17, 2019 This is an application for speaking to minutes. At the outset, Mr.Jaltare, learned counsel for applicant, tenders his unconditional apology before this Court for mentioning wrong crime number and incorrect name of police station in prayer clause of the application for bail i.e. Criminal Application (BA) No.818/2019, which was allowed by this Court on 19.09.2019.

Tendering of apology, becomes now a routine matter for the advocates. Since last 2 1⁄2 months, it is noticed by this Court that many advocates are not committed to their work and without reading the pleadings and prayer clauses, put their signatures and filed applications. Of course, it is for an individual advocate how to develop himself in the profession. However, it gives wrong impression in the mind of a Judge. Hope that in future, counsel will not commit such a blunder.

appp1716.19.odt With this hope, the application is allowed and in the order dated 19.09.2019, instead of Crime No.436/2019 it be typed as Crime No. 24/2019 and instead of Police Station, Khamgaon, District Buldhana, it should be typed as Police Station, Hiwarkhed, District Buldhana. Necessary corrections be carried out in the order dated 19.09.2019 and corrected order be uploaded. The application is disposed of.
