The matter pertains to year 2018. It appears that vide order dated 03/07/2018, this Court issued notice on condonation of delay to the non applicant and also passed order by which possession of the applicant was protected until further orders. The learned Counsel for the appellant requested to extend that protection for another eight weeks. Considering the fact that since 2018, no efforts were taken for listing the matter for admission. The protection of possession is extended for another two weeks.
