We see no reason to cause interference in extra ordinary writ jurisdiction. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. 3.

However, we make it clear that before effecting transfer of Health Assistants in Nagpur District, the Chief Executive Officer shall consider the claim of the petitioner for transfer which will be dealt with in accordance with seniority.
