Shri Fulzele, the learned Additional Government Pleader states, on instructions, that the claims of the original petitioners as well as the other eligible institutions would be considered and the monetary benefits would be released to all eligible institutions that would include original petitioners by 31.3.2017. In the circumstances of the case, we extend the time to release the grand-in-aid in favour of the original petitioners till 31.3.2017, by way of last chance.

The civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
