Perusal of orders dated 08.08.2016 reveals a specific direction to respondents to look into the entitlement of respective petitioners after verifying original record.

We do not find that this Court has accepted the assessment, as canvassed by learned counsel for original petitioner.

In this situation, we grant extension of time as prayed for. Civil Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
