Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for respondent no.1 and learned AGP for respondent no.2.

On going through the pursis dated 19/08/2017 and also the copy of the letter of Additional Tahsildar dated 03/07/2017, I find that the applicants are indeed indigent persons, having no sufficient means to prosecute on their own this proceeding, and therefore, this application deserves to be allowed.

Application is allowed.

The applicants are permitted to initiate the proceeding as indigent persons in terms of Order 44 Rule 1 of C.P.C.

Application is disposed of.
