Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 19 days caused in preferring the Review Application against the order dated 8th March, 2018 in Writ Petition No.8186/2017.

Learned counsel for the respondents have objected for condonation of delay contending that no case is made out for condoning the same. However, having considered the facts mentioned in the Application we find that the delay is properly explained. The delay is, therefore, condoned. The Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. MCA No. 865/2018.

On the application of learned counsel for the respondents, stand over to 17.12.2018, for filing reply.
