Both these applications are for quashing of the First Information Report No.0374/2023 registered with Pundlik Nagar, Police Station, Aurangabad City, for offences punishable under Section 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. These matters, therefore, pertain to the jurisdiction of Aurangabad Bench. Hence both these applications are transferred to Aurangabad Bench.
