Mr. Lubhesh Meshram, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that the compromise by way of compounding has taken place in Criminal Revision Application No. 132 of 2015 filed by the respondent no.2 herein and, therefore, the appellant should be allowed to withdraw this Appeal.

In view of the above statement, the following order is passed:-

Criminal Appeal No. 410 of 2015 is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as withdrawn.
