The applications are for withdrawal of 50% of the remaining decretal amount with accrued interest which is deposited in this Court.

On account of the State not taking action, in so far as one of the claimants, who are governed by the same award have withdrawn the entire decretal amount.

In that view of the matter, we find that there should be no impediment in permitting the present applicants to withdraw 50% of the remaining decretal amount along with the interest accrued thereon.

The applications are allowed. 50% of the remaining

9.2CAF249.15 decretal amount along with interest accrued thereon is permitted to be withdrawn on appellants filing an undertaking that in the event they are required to repay the amount, the same shall be done by them within the time specified by this Court.
