By this application the applicant has prayed to correct the Crime Number, Name of Advocate for the applicant and operative part of the judgment dated 15/04/2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Application (APL) No.378 of 2025.

In the name of Non-applicant No.2-XYZ (Victim) 'Crime No.740/2024' be replaced with "Crime No.466/2024". 4.

The name of the Advocate for the applicant 'Shri M.V.Anant' appearing below the cause title be replaced by 'Shri M.A.Vishnu'.

In clause (ii) of the operative order 'Sessions Case No.215 of 2015' be replaced with "Sessions Case No.43 of 2025" and at the end of clause (ii) of the operative order the words "is hereby quashed and set aside" be inserted. 5.

The order be corrected accordingly and be uploaded afresh.

The Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.
