We find that the time of this Court is being unnecessarily wasted. The applicant supposed to be an ideal employer is aware of death of respondent No. 1. No steps have been taken to bring his legal heirs on record and the efforts have been made to obtain an order of dismissal of writ petition which has been allowed in favour of respondent No. 1 in ignorance of knowledge of his death. 3.

We, therefore, subject to payment of amount of Rs.2,000/- (Rs. Two thousand only) to the Juvenile Justice Fund of State of Maharashtra, dismiss the present application.
