I find only to the extent that some condition is required to be imposed in the order dated 2nd August 2018, this Application can be allowed and not beyond that. Accordingly, the Civil Application is partly allowed. 3.

It is directed that an amount of Rs.11,000/- due and payable per month shall be deposited within a period of one month from the date of order in the District Court in stead of High Court and upon such deposit being

made Regular Civil Appeal No. 558 of 2016 shall be heard and finally decided within a period of three months, in accordance with law.

It is further directed that till final disposal of the Appeal, the amount so deposited shall not be permitted to be withdrawn by the Respondent and this deposit shall be subject to the final outcome of the First Appeal.

The order dated 2nd August 2018 stands modified in these terms.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
