Civil Application No. 1259 of 2014: Prayer is to grant early date of hearing on the ground that appellants are senior citizens. It is pointed out that by order dated 23.07.2013 liberty had been granted to the parties to move the Court for early hearing. Considering aforesaid facts the second appeal is directed to be listed for hearing in the week commencing 09.02.2015. Civil application is allowed and disposed of.
