By way of this application, the appellant - V.I.D.C. is seeking condonation of delay of 286 days in filing the present appeal.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 opposed the application for want of sufficient reasons. Considering the reasons as mentioned in paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the application and the same found to be sufficient, the delay of 286 days caused in filing of first appeal is condoned. The application is allowed.
