DATED : 09-08-2016 Heard Shri A.M. Jaltare, Advocate for the petitioners, Shri V.B. Bhise, Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Ms. Hemlata Jaipurkar, Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.3 and 4. The petitioners apprehend interference with their possession over 0.80 Hectares of Gat No.104 because of the mutation entries as per the impugned orders. The learned Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 has pointed out that the order passed by the Additional Collector on 14-12-2009 clearly shows that 0.80 Hectares out of Gat No.104 are recorded in the name of the petitioner No.1. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2, the grievance of the petitioners does not survive.

The petition is disposed accordingly. No costs. JUDGE adgokar
