Dated : 25th January, 2019 The name of the husband of the petitioner was included in the list of eligible persons for providing employment as projected affected person at Serial No.288 on 1-1-1997. The employment could not be provided. By passage of time, the husband of the petitioner became age-barred for getting employment, and hence the name of the petitioner was considered and included at Serial No.663 on 4-11-2006. The petitioner wanted her name to replace the name of her husband at serial No.288. In our view, this is likely to affect the interest of other persons included at Serial No.289 to 662. None of them are parties here before this Court.

In view of the aforesaid position, it is open for the petitioner to make a representation to the authority concerned, which shall, after taking into consideration the interest of other

The petition stands disposed of.

The fees of the counsel for the petitioner are quantified at Rs.5,000/-.
