This petition takes exception to the interim order dated 09.10.2024 passed by the State Government in Appeal VPA No.2024/Case No.34/44/PR-6.

By order dated 12.02.2024, the learned Additional Commissioner, Nagpur, has allowed the application filed by the petitioner under Section 39 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act, against the respondent Nos.6 to 8.

By the impugned order, the State Government has stayed the order passed by the learned Additional Commissioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was on caveat before the State Government. It is submitted that the State Government has, however, passed the order without hearing the petitioner.

I am not inclined to entertain the present petition against the interim order.

The State Government shall endeavour to decide the appeal in question within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7.
The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
