Heard Shri Sirpurkar, the learned advocate for the applicant and Shri Thakur, the learned advocate for the respondent. The learned advocates for both the sides submit that the matter is under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and it was referred for mediation. The matter was settled before the learned Mediator and the consent terms were tendered him. It is submitted that the revision be disposed of as the matter has been settled between the parties and the judgment and order passed by the learned JMFC and the learned Sessions Judge, Chandrapur be set aside. The report tendered by the learned Mediator is taken on record and marked as Exh.'A'. The consent terms between the parties are marked as Exh.'B'.

Hence, Criminal Revision Application No.161/2017 is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. The judgment and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge at Chandrapur in Criminal Appeal No.50/2016 as well as the judgment and order passed by the learned JMFC, Chandrapur in SCC No.739/2014 are hereby quashed and set side.
