After hearing learned counsel for parties and after perusing reply by the State and chargesheet and when the Court expressed opinion that the Court is rejecting the application, learned counsel Shri N.M.Gaidhane for applicant submitted that he wishes to withdraw the application.

The criminal application is rejected as withdrawn. 4.
