This is an application for amendment in the cause title of the appellant in Criminal Appeal No.444/2014 which has been decided on 9.10.2023 by common judgment. 3.

Surname of the appellant in the cause title of the appeal is mentioned as "Ambhulkar." However, the said surname, according to learned counsel for the appellant, is "Ambhurkar" and, therefore, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to amend the surname of the appellant in the cause title of the appellant in the the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, the .....2/-

126 appa1127.23 application is allowed.

Surname of the appellant be corrected as "Ambhurkar" in the cause title of the appellant in the appeal. 6.

After the amendment is carried out in the cause title of the appellant in the appeal, the surname of appellant "Ambhulkar" be corrected as "Ambhurkar" in the cause title of the appellant in the judgment dated 9.10.2013 passed in Criminal Appeal No.444/2014. Also, name of "Shri M.B.Naidu, Counsel for the Appellant" mentioned in the said judgment be corrected as "Shri Prakash Naidu, Counsel with Shri J.D.Bastian, Advocate for the Appellant."
