Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a pursis placing on record the terms of settlement dated 31/08/2016 entered into between the petitioner No.1 and the respondent.

Both, learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondent state that the parties are residing together and have settled their dispute.

In view of the settlement between the parties, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly the petition is disposed of.

Parties shall comply with clause (vi) of the terms of agreement entered into between the parties i.e. parties shall withdraw all the proceedings pending before the different courts with the help of their respective lawyers. All the parties to act upon the authenticate copy of this order.
