Learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw applications contending pending these applications charge-sheet is filed before the Court and thus prays for leave as aforesaid with liberty to file applications for anticipatory bail before the competent Court and prays for further liberty to continue interim protection granted to applicants for a period of two weeks.

In view of fact of filing of charge-sheet .....2/-

which is stated to be running into 700 pages as aforesaid, leave as prayed for is allowed with liberty as prayed for.

Needless to say that interim orders passed in these applications by orders dated 16.11.2016 and 2.9.2016 shall remain in force, till 15.3.2017. Both applications are accordingly disposed of as allowed to be withdrawn.
