For non-removal of office objection, the registration was refused by the learned Registrar (Judicial) and on getting the knowledge of the same, the application for restoration was moved, however, there was an application for condonation of delay filed along with the application for restoration.

Considering the reason stated in the application for causing delay to file the application for restoration, I am of the opinion that, sufficient caused has been shown by the petitioner. Accordingly, the application is allowed and delay is condoned.
