DATE : November 30, 2015 Prayer is to extend time to deposit 25% of back-wages in terms of order dated 19/10/2015. It is submitted that aforesaid order has been challenged before the Honourable Supreme Court but orders therein are yet to be passed. The request is opposed by learned counsel for respondent No.2. However, considering aforesaid facts time to deposit 25 % back-wages is extended by period of four weeks by way of last chance.
