Though respondent no.1 has opposed this application on merits, Shri Dhatrak, learned Counsel for respondent no.1, on instructions, orally submits that he has no objection, if application is allowed.

Shri Bhangde, learned Senior Counsel for respondent no.3, submits that by filing this application, petitioner is adopting delaying tactics and, therefore, submits that same be dismissed and petition be heard finally.

Considering nature of controversy and as according to petitioner, respondents referred in the application are necessary parties to the petition, we allow this application.
